Oraigami Cranes

Room 12 are making origami cranes for the art exhibition. Origami cranes are birds you make with thin paper. The paper we use is called origami paper, it is good because it much more easy to crease.

Amazing Lizards

A Basilisk lizard can use its tail to balance on water. Geckos have hairs on their toes so they can stick on the ceiling. Dragon lizards can escape from danger with its wings. Lizards can lose their tail when  enemies are attacking them, after the enemy is gone the lizard grows a new tail.

This is us practising evading with the soccer coaches in the hall. We had to try and lose our partner and they had to follow you and stay as close as they can.

Kenshin

Kenshin is a samurai. He has strong armour. When people try to slay him the sorwds bend. Kenshin's armour is black so that nobody will see him in shadows. Kenshin's hair is black and it is smooth. Kenshin is the fourth strongest samurai.

Our New Students

Hi guys! We have got new students in our class. Our new student Scott plays rugby. He plays for the Otara Scorpions. Tavita plays basketball. Our new friends have come from different schools.

Senior Assembly

This afternoon we had our senior assembly. Room 17 shared some poems, sung some songs in Maori and did a cool dance. At the end they had a quiz and the kids could win Easter eggs. The teachers had a question too and Kryzlah helped Miss Zeier win an Easter egg! After it was finished they gave out the class cup and the winners were... Room 12!!!

The Biggest T-Rex

I went to school on a nice day. When it was morning tea time I was at the park. Then I heard a loud noise, thud, thud, thud as it came towards me. I was running until I decided to act dead. It left. I'm safe. It chased Tuiko and Owen. Then me and Viliami shot rocks in its mouth and it choked and Viliami and I received one million dollars.

Milly McGate has a dark brown golden handbag. She is a large lady. Her big coat keeps her cosy. Her hair is smooth like a cows tail. Her coat covers her purple shirt.

Book Parade

Today was the last day of Literacy Week. Lots of kids were dressed up as book characters. One person was dressed up as Willy Wonka and another one was Bob the Builder. There were heaps of different characters from books and movies. Even the teachers were dressed up and they were dancing to Gangnam Style. All the kids were dancing in the parade Look at the people from our cool class!
